Version Conflict - resolve conflict inoperable

So I store my Scriv files on the cloud so that I can work on it on more than one PC. I accept that there are inherent risks with syncing, but I’m comfortable with that.

This morning I got asked to resolve which version to use:

The ‘OK’ button remains greyed out whichever version I select.

Update. Tried it a couple more times and eventually was able to progress. Suddenly the folder structure appeared and then I was able to click OK.

No idea what I did differently but will report back if it happens again.

Sounds to me like there was an Internet slowdown, either with your systems (router, modem, or computer), or cloud server, or someone in between and it didn’t get all the needed data to proceed.
