I’ve tried every which way to un-mute the video tutorials offered from within the website (the YouTube videos are no problem), but have been unable to do so. I’ve tried the large format, small format, checking my own PC settings (Windows 7, 64-bit). The audio icon in the video lower right stays muted no matter what I do. Anyone else with this problem, and anyone with a solution? Many thanks.
I haven’t had that problem myself, maybe it is a video player issue, or a missing codec? I’d try the free VLC player and see if that works—I’ve found that player can crunch through just about anything.
