Want to compile Online Annotations as a List

Hi,
Im new to Scrivener, but am using it to edit an 80,000 word novel.
The novel is historical, so I have used the inline annotation feature to make notes of things I need to research, such as ‘what foods were rationed during the war’ etc. It would be really helpful to compile a list of all these annotations so I can work through them when I do the research, without having to wade through the entire script.
Is there any way to do this. Ive worked out how to strip them out of compiling a draft of the script, but can’t see how to output them as a list.
Any help appreciated.

If by compile, you don’t actually mean Compile, then there is a way to list all your documents with Notes in. Click the v arrow to the left of Search, select Notes, and then search for something universal such as a single space. That will bring up a Collection of everything you’ve got Notes for.

For inline annotations only, then Edit>Find>Find by Formatting will allow you to search for Inline annotations. But please be - aware, this doesn’t create a list of them, it just allows you to step through them one by one like a regular Find.

Try the File/Export/Comments & Annotations… menu command. That does exactly what you are looking for, and has an optional setting to group them by binder title so you can easily find where they came from in the project.

Thank you Amber, that worked a treat.
