Just installed RC 15 this morning and something is different with the cursor. For the first time in a long time I missed the automatic update and had to manually upgrade. When I began to write, I noticed the cursor was blinking strangely. It becomes very small, then expands to full length at the regular blink rate. It’s extremely distracting in both compose and editor mode. Is there a setting, or is this new behavior?
