Hi, I’ve noticed a typing lag when working under very specific conditions in Composition mode. It seems to be related to the size of the document—15k words is a small, split-second lag, 100k+ words produces a large, multiple second lag. The weird thing is: it only happens near the TOP of the document. For some reason, within the first I don’t know how many lines (10-20?) you try to start typing a paragraph or enter a new one and there is a lag. You move farther down the document and no lag. And it’s only in Composition mode. (I’m running Sonoma 14.7 btw)
