What are the asterisks that are inserted in my document when I compile it? They usually occur when an empty line is present, and only here and there throughout the document. Does anyone know how to get rid of them?
Is your project divided into scenes? Could they be scene separators?
I bet that is it. Go to Compile as you would normally do it, but in the Compile dialog, click the All Options tab to see all the compile settings. Then click to select the Separators options. I bet the character you are seeing inserted is in the setting there and you should adjust it to suit your needs.
