Where does Scrivener store its User Dictionary?

I have a wordlists issue. After Windows 10 did an auto-update restart, words that I had added to Learn Spelling were displaying with red underline—the Scrivener editor no longer recognized them. I found the wordlists folder—it was populated with words I had previously added, that the editor no longer recognized. I tested some new made-up words in Learn Spelling, but they were not added to the wordlists file, I assume Scrivener saved them somewhere, because the red underline is gone. Also, the wordlists file does not include some more recent additions that I made before the restart, possibly the few weeks since I made a copy of my project doc and started using that. I would not think that affected wordlists, because the manual says a single wordlists file is used for all my projects, and it’s located in the master Scrivener folder, not individual project folders. How can I locate and manage Learn Spelling data, and keep it working—or know how to reconnect it to my projects after the inevitable next Windows 10 update?

I don’t know enough about Windows OS to speculate on what might happened, but something I would try is to, with Scrivener closed, drag the file out of that folder, and then create a new one with the same name, and copy and paste the contents of the old file into it. Maybe the update messed up its permission settings or something, so that Scrivener is not allowed to read or write to it?
