I had to reinstall the system software on my iMac and seem to have lost all kinds of data, including my Scrivener registration and files I have created. I found my reg numbers and now I’m hopefully looking for the data, since Scrivener doesn’t recognize any past work. Can someone tell me where in the Mac’s filing system to find Scrivener data files?

Scrivener files get saved wherever you choose to save them when you create a new project - by default that would be in the ~/Documents folder. However, if you have reinstalled all the system software that would normally wipe your entire hard disk, which would mean you would lose everything unless you had backed up first…
