if i’m compiling my project to Latex through MMD the \label for the Chapters and Sections are filled automatically. What program does this? Is it Scrievener or Multimarkdown?
Everything at that level is MultiMarkdown. Scrivener is entirely ignorant of LaTeX. If you want to see what Scrivener does, compile using the plain MultiMarkdown option and open that in a text editor.
