Workflow question: Copying files between drafts

I’ve recently finished writing a zero draft of my novel and soon will start working on the proper first draft. I have a folder beneath my Manuscript called Zero Draft that contains all my scenes and chapters. I’ve created a second folder beneath the Manuscript level called First Draft and I would like to copy everything from my Zero Draft folder into the First Draft draft so that I retain a pristine zero draft version.

I can’t seem to paste files/folders (or anything besides text within documents). I don’t want to drag and drop them because then they move to the First Draft folder. This seems like it must be very simple, but unfortunately the answer is less easy than it should be to find.


Delete “First Draft”, then select “Zero Draft”, and go to Documents->Duplicate->with Subdocuments. Name the duplicate “First Draft”.
