Haha, no man, I’m an actual human. 
If you’re asking because of my AI-style profile picture, that’s probably what’s giving that impression. I do use AI occasionally to help brainstorm or polish wording, like plenty of people do, but the opinions and conversations are mine.

That’s a pretty funny prediction, and honestly it feels more relevant now than ever.
For what it’s worth though, I’m definitely human. If my profile picture or writing style made me seem like a bot, I guess I accidentally proved Sladek’s point.
I guess I just passed the reverse Turing test in the wrong direction.

I’m always surprised by the obviously AI nature of AI pictures as it’s a deliberate affectation, presumably based on cumulative user preferences. Algorithms have been able to produce very realistic “photos” of humans that don’t exist for quite some time – I think I’ve been using thispersondoesnotexist.com to generate random pics for 7-8 years, for example!
What it says about us as a species that many of us now actively pursue the uncanny valley is… well, I don’t know. Perplexing? Worrying? Perfectly-fine-and-you-should-get-over-yourself-Rog?!
It wasn’t, actually. I of course noted the artificial pic, but that’s pretty common now for humans (especially if you’ve spent any time at all on LinkedIn, the absolute cringiest of all social networks). It may surprise you to learn that my profile pic is also not an actual photo of me (although I do resemble it more and more with each passing day).
No, it was a combination of things: the choice of topics you initiate / reply to; the nature of your engagement; the choice of language; the tone (to name a few).
Well, if Sladek is correct and humanity is getting dumber while machines are getting smarter, it’ll be the smart, talented humans that get confused with bots!

Haha no I literally just asked a question because I was curious what other people thought. I do use AI to help polish wording but the questions themselves are mine.

Thanks I guess My goal isn’t to sound less human its just to make sure what I’m trying to say comes across clearly. AI helps me smooth out awkward phrasing and stuff like that

Imperfection is human. We’re predisposed to be clumsy and awkward it seems, never really fitting in or being good enough. Equipped with just enough brain to compensate for that and not die out, at the same time coming up with new stupid ideas to kill everyone and being able to be embarrased about it. A perfectly balanced error machine, stumbling its way through the aeons.
We aren’t meant to settle for the safe and comfortable average. File away the rough edges and out comes a smooth caricature of a human. With a huge electricity bill.

It could be a situation, at this time unknown, that stimulates both species to be more procreative. I don’t automaticly believe everything, and at the same time I don’t automaticlly disbelieve everything. There are many things where I just see the surface conditions and not the deep underlying factors.

I don’t know if the numbers support that, but it would be funny if storks held the same belief, that dwelling above humans somehow improves their love life.

I’m a decent-ish chess player:
and cannot fathom a single correlation between writing and chess. They are disparate activities.
Are you more of a plotter or a pantser?
Neither, to be honest – or perhaps both – I iterate.
Regardless, planning in chess is nothing like planning (or plotting) a narrative arc.
I see that parallels can be drawn – though I see little value in that – but I certainly can’t see any skills’ transfer.
