…started yesterday a new project with many internal links (scrivener links) to some internal Folder and also documents (all inside scrivener). Today, the marked words/links are there but not correctly.

This happes in every internal link i have done, and i’m sure, i wasn’t to drunk to mark a word correctly all the time
Strange. Scrivener links are saved in a separate file to the main text, and in your case it looks as though the two files have become out of sync. Unfortunately, I have no idea why. Links are saved at the same time as the text and restored at the same time the text is loaded, so it should be safe except in the rare (and unsupported) case where somebody modifies the files directly.
Because I cannot reproduce this, it is somewhat difficult to do anything about it. If you can reproduce this, or find any steps that will always cause this to happen (for links to be out of sync when you reload), please let me know. If I can reproduce it, I can fix it.
