I use Scrivener (Mac) almost every day and I was wondering if it might be possible to add a “Name Generator” icon for the toolbar? Or / and a keyboard shortcut to it?

You can add a keyboard shortcut to it by using the “Keyboard Shortcuts” pane of the “Keyboard” section of System Preferences - just create your preferred keyboard shortcut for “Name Generator…”.
