I need Scapple for Windows but I accidentally bought it for macOS. I replied to the automated help@paddle.com email but I thought I’d post here as well in case that falls through. Is there a way to swap the macOS license for a Windows license?
They won’t deal with such issues through the Forums. Keep checking your Spam filter if you don’t hear soon; replies come from tenderapp.com, not literatureandlatte.com, so if you haven’t interacted with them before your Spam filter may put the replies in your Spam box.
If you still don’t find any replies, PM one of the moderators.
