Hi I just started using the trial and am practicing to consider buying the license. But when I am in screen writing mode and I reach the end of the page, it does not create a new one and that’s hard to use because I just get stuck on the bottom. How do you add fresh new pages, I don’t understand the coding thing and putting <> does nothing in the mode. This is so confusing. I’m used to using Final Draft for school and they just create a new page after you reach the bottom of your scene?

If you haven’t already, I’d also recommend taking a look at our Interactive Tutorial, available from the Help menu. It’s a good overview of Scrivener’s fundamental operations.
Yeah I try to keep typing but it stays on the bottom of the page and doesn’t like reset the view. This makes it hard to read because it wont let me scroll down anymore. Here is the screenshot like it gets stuck.
I try hitting paragraph since I am on the bottom of the screen, but it doesn’t trigger a new page.
If you keep typing, does the text appear as normal?
It’s hard to tell from your description, but I’m going to suggest you enable Page View: View → Text Editing → Show Page View.
By default, Scrivener formats as one continuous scroll.
If you would like the current line to remain at the center of the page, enable Typewriter Scrolling, which is also on the View → Text Editing menu. Note that Typewriter Scrolling does not work in Page View.
