It will probably help to say clearly just what the ‘Chinese translation issue’ is.
Asian languages are usually kind of a shy area for western speakers, so this is polite and inviting, as well as practical.
I’m going to presume until you say that this is something to do with user interface labels – menus and so forth. If so, you might want to explain whether the problem is wide-spread, or just on a few specific items.
Translation will always be done by third parties, not the software developers, so any clues you can give to make this better will help the Scrvener folk to negotiate and choose a good translator.
