All of a sudden, when I press the Enter key, this drop down menu pops up. What could it be and how do I make it disappear?

I don’t write anything literary, neither plays nor anything else. This project is reserved for rather simple technical notes of all kinds. I don’t work in the Draft section. All my writing is in the research section because I add images and PDFs from time to time.
