As Keith already stated, this beta is only for use in English. Used mine in German though (My sense for Adventure). Moving documents, even within the same folder, lets say switch positions, lets the moved document DISAPPEAR. Won’t even show up in the Trash. Just gone. Guess that should be enough of a warning to everyone using 3.1 Beta only in English. Reproduced this various times. English version works fine, though, regarding the above issue.
