I switch between my iPad and my desktop. When I make a copy in iOS, the new file is automatically incremented by 1. When I do that on my desktop OS, Scrivener adds copy to the end of the file name. When the OS version does automatically increment, it is in the format of copy, copy-1, copy-2, etc. Is there a way to get the OS version to do it the same way as the iOS version?
