is there a feature in scrivener that resembles autotext in word?

What’s auto-text? Auto-correction? If so, turn it on via the Auto-Correction preferences.

in word there’s a feature called autotext where you can set a word, a sentence or as much text as you like as a preset and then insert it in the document.

Scrivener itself does not have a feature like this, however there are several really good tools on the market for doing this at the operating system level, so you can use them everywhere from e-mail to forum posts to your writings. Check out Typinator and TextExpander.
