Beta Candidate 15 not exporting links

Scrivener 3 Beta Release Candidate 15

Hyperlinks inserted in either main text area or as footnotes are not exported as hyperlinks, just plain text when compiled for either rtf or word.

The compile option “remove hyperlinks” is deselected.

OK. I have figured it out.
To add a link in a document you have to use the Edit menu item Add Link…
Then it exports correctly to rtf when compiled.

My Bad.
