After installing beta and moving the scripts folder to Library/// I open a screenplay and all the scripts documents were converted to general text. Is there something I need to do to change them beck to screenplay?
The beta scriptwriting format is somewhat different (more accurate) than the old format, so it won’t recognise the old format as anything other than General Text (I think this is in the release notes - I hope). This is a one-off annoyance of the new version. If this is a big issue, it may be worth using the older version until the script is finished and using the new version only for new projects. (But beware not to open new projects in the old version.)

I just changed them line by line.
Question: The Script coding in the bottom right of the edit window has character to the right like:
Screen Heading H
Character C
Action A
How do these speed keys work. I have tried cmd+ / opt+ and combinations?
Hit cmd-Y to bring up the menu and then hit the key associated with them (i.e. those shortcuts only work when the menu is open - but you can hit cmd-Y to open the menu without taking your fingers off the keyboard).
