Sorry, this isn’t about the manual, but the blog instead. It looks like, Tame the Scrivener Window - Literature & Latte, isn’t wrapping correctly. After the first paragraph, everything goes to the left and right edges with no buffer zone.

It looks like whoever migrated the data to the new system copied a bunch of junk HTML that resulted in the page being invalid. What you saw was the browser doing the best it could.

Thank you! Don’t worry too much about looking for these, if you are. I can run a database query on my end, and send a todo list to the web maintainer.
