Bring to Front and Send to Back shortcuts don't work

The shortcuts are Control+Shift+{ and Control+Shift+} and they don’t work, seeing as there’s no { } keys on most keyboards. Using Control+Shift+ [ doesn’t work either, and there’s no way of modifying the default shortcut.

I’m guessing this is a bug and it’s not just me, but further insight would be appreciated.

I can reproduce this behavior. Seems like a bug to me as well.

A workaround is to use the menu shortcuts.

Bring to front = Alt + N + F
Send to back = Alt + N + B

Alt + N +F seems to work, but Alt + N + B just opens up the notes dropdown, for me.
