[Bug] Differing R-click behavior between Main toolbar and Format toolbar

System specs:
Scrivener v. 2.9.0.10
Windows 10

Current behavior:
R-clicking on the main toolbar allows toggling it off; R-clicking on the “format” toolbar does nothing

Expected behavior:
R-clicking the “format” toolbar provides similar functionality.

BTW, you don’t need to put [Bug] or [Suggestion] in the thread title – if the Powers That Be agree that it’s a bug, they’ll mark it up with the actual bug tracking number (or whatever other coding they use) once they’re read it and assimilate it. Hope that saves you a few keystrokes.
