Summary: If I delete ALL the styles from Scrivener’s Styles panel, the default set reinstall on project open. (If I leave ONE style installed, that’s what I see when I reopen the project.)
What I expect to happen: After deleting all the styles from the Styles panel, the Styles panel and menu remain empty, even after I close and reopen the project.
What actually happens: After deleting the styles, the Styles panel and menu are empty. I close the project. On reopening the project, the Styles panel and menu are repopulated with the default set of Scrivener 3 styles.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a project’s Styles pane.
- Right-click a style and select Delete Style from the drop-down menu.
- Repeat for ALL the styles. (If you keep one character or paragraph style, the problem doesn’t happen.)
- Close the project.
- Reopen the project.
(Why do I want no styles? So I have a styles-free template to import custom styles INTO, with no clashes and no unwanted styles from the template project.)
Scrivener 3 version 3.3.6 running in macOS 10.13 High Sierra.
