Soon I’ll go on a trip for a couple of weeks and I don’t want to take a big laptop with me, can I install Scrivener on a tablet?

As long as it’s compatible with the x86/x64 CPU architecture, yes. I run Scrivener on my Surface Pro 3 with little to no issues. Just be aware that if you’re intended to use it touch-only, you may run into issues – it is not optimized for a touch environment. I always use it with my keyboard and mouse.
