Since updating to Scrivener 3 on MacOS, I’ve stopped opening my project on Scrivener for Windows for fear of incompatibility. Has anybody successfully used the two to work on the same project file at different times?
I use Dropbox to store the project, running local backups on each computer every time I close the project. Unfortunately, I’m getting annoyed with not being able to work on my novel during the times I have to use a Windows computer, and with no clear sign of when Scrivener 3 is coming to Windows, I’m trying to work out if I can use the existing version.
Any advice? Does anybody else have a similar mixed environment?
