This is strange – I can no longer move text or folders in the binder using the mouse. I can right click an item and “Move To” and it moves, but clicking and dragging no longer works.
I cannot move items in the binders of earlier documents, including ones I haven’t edited in weeks.
Before posting this bug I tried rebooting an not running any other apps, problem continued.
This morning Win10 installed several updates requiring two reboots and now I can move items in the binder.
Sounds like you somehow locked the binder by accident? Be interesting to see how that was managed; it’s not supposed to be possible.
I thought that I’d locked it by accident, but I was able to lock/unlock the binder and still couldn’t move items.
