Can‘t receive license

Hello,maybe I filled in the wrong email when I buy the license.I have sent email to sales@literatureandlatte.com with my proof of purchase,but I haven‘t receive any replies.
I also check my junk mail,there‘s nothing too.What should I do next?

I’m afraid I can’t find the previous message that you sent to our support address, so I’m wondering whether it may have ended up in our spam folder. Could you please re-send that message (with your proof of purchase) to sales@literatureandlatte.com now? I’ll keep an eye out for it.
