Hi,
I have set up all my text styles (including paragraph formatting) in one project that I would like to set as the default for every subsequent project. But I can’t find any way to do it. I know I can save the default text style by going to Preferences > Editing > Formatting, but that doesn’t cover the many styles I have set up, including paragraph spacing, etc.
How can I do that?

Welcome to the forum.
You have two options:
Option 1- This is an option in the Windows version, but I suppose that it is also part of the Mac version somewhere:
→ Click that option while in the project you mentioned. The one with all your styles. Not in a project you wish the styles to be available in.
Option 2- Design yourself a project template with your styles already in it.
