Cannot Create Licensing Info error - every time

Hi
I get the error above every single time I start the software and have to keep entering the license code and activating it again and again. I’ve tried the usual uninstall/reinstall

Any ideas :question:

It’s okay - I added the missing directories myself and it works fine now…

Yeah, that’s sometimes what it takes. The installer tries to do it for you, but if the folder permissions aren’t allowing it to do so it gives up. Glad you got it sorted out.
