In 2012 I purchased scrivener. In 2023 I purchased an upgrade for 3. I’m now trying to activate for a new computer and it says product doesn’t match key. I tried restore license key and got an email from paddle denying I’ve ever purchased ANYthing from you! I have proof of purchase. I tried emailing both paddle and literature and latte and did not so much get an automated acknowledgement email. Disappointed to say the least.!
