For about a month now, every time I try to compile to Kindle format, I get the following error message:
Any idea what could be causing this? I’m running Scrivener 2.6, KindleGen is v2.9 for Mac, and I’m using Mac OSX 10.10.1. I’ve tried to re-download KindleGen but that didn’t fix the problem.

Thanks to both of you! It looks like hyperlinks may be the problem in both cases. To AmsterdamAssassin, it shows the problem being in ‘body5.xhtml’. Since numbering starts at 0, that means the sixth major section (chapter, whatever). Ecrivain, yours is in ‘body2.xhtml’, so section 3. I use the word ‘section’ because it counts all things listed in the ToC, so that might include prefaces and other such front matter.
The odds that both of you have the same exact problem is fairly incredible though, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a false lead. It may be helpful to send your projects in to support for analysis.
