If someone could try looking up their saved cookies for ‘literatureandlatte.com’, deleting the CookieConsent cookie and reloading, then selecting Preferences from the consent popup (at least), does that clear the problem?
I’m running into issues with how the embedded video services is using cookies in a way that seems outside of how they should be used. I.e. the cookie that stores your volume preference, for example, is a Preference cookie, clearly. Yet if that is blocked the entire player stops working, which feels more like a “Necessary” cookie (or really, a volume cookie shouldn’t be necessary).
Sorry. My knowledge is limited to Oatmeal Raisin
Works in Firefox and Safari.
Thank you for this. I’m having the same issue. Embedded tutorials won’t play for me. (However, the source URL/vimeo link played just fine.) In if helps, I’m running an M1 chip with OS 13 Venura and the embedded links failed using both Safari & Chrome.
Hello I have been on the L&L site and I am unable to see, therefor open, tutorial videos. I am on an intel Mac, using Safari.
I have attempted to contact support but I am only directed to lists of problems / solutions, no direct contact.
Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong / is wrong would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
The Tutorial is included with the application under the Help menu. Also look on L&L’s web site under the “Help” button (top right).
The video provider we use on the website unfortunately requires a bunch of cookies for their player to even function (horrible design). So if when you were asked about cookies you denied them, then that would explain it. Please note the large intro text at the very top of the page, where you are given a link to the YouTube channel where they are all archived as well.

That doesn’t sound like our support, which only sends a simple and generic “we got your message”, followed up by a person getting in touch. We don’t use “AI” or automatically generated FAQ link auto-replies.
