All my chapters seem to be locked and wont open. The settings are all correct as I compared them with my other computer. I click on the chapter and nothing happens. To open them, I need to click on the chapter and go to open in another editor. Nothing has been changed on my computer or in the program. I’m stuck in my manuscript and I dont want to close the program incase I loose my work.
Sorry you are having trouble. Specifically, what folder is holding your files? By chance is it a local folder synced with a third party sync service?
Hi there, I just figured it out after 5 hours!!! It was a setting in the binder under Binder setting effects. I changed it to current binder. How it changed itself I have no idea but its working now. What a pain and a half that was plus most of the day wasted. Thanks for responding;

I’m guessing somehow you clicked the setting below. If the image below is what happened, let us know so everyone can learn and spare themselves what you went thru.

Yes, that’s the one, but, I hadn’t gone into that area to begin with, I was writing and when I jumped to another chapter to check something, I couldn’t open it. So the Leprechauns were out playing again!!! Thanks for responding.
