Can't Save As or Rename

Windows 11, latest update. I really am tired of working in “Nov22” file, but I can’t seem to Save As (it says the file has been externally modified and when I retry nothing happens and “ok” means it just ends). I can’t change the name in my drive, my backups don’t seem to be saving, either. Is there a way to turn off the external drive crap notice until I get my files into being named 2023/

I’d check permission settings for folder/files and my anti-virus.

You mean you can’t change the project’s name manually in file explorer with Scrivener closed ?
(It is the project’s folder’s name that needs to be changed btw. Not the file with Scrivener’s icon.)

Can you rename other files ? A picture, a MP3 ?
