I have just installed Scapple but it doesn’t open. The hourglass is shown for a few seconds before the opening process stops without any message. I have repeated the download for Windows and the installation a number of times. And restarted the computer.
I have Windows 11 Home.
Perhaps your anti-virus is interferring?
