Change Default Notes Font not working

Hello,
Long time Scrivener user here who has discovered a new issue. In the past, I have been able to change the default notes font and size in the Scrivener/Settings/Editing/Formatting panel. Unfortunately, this is no longer working.

I have selected my desired font/size, saved as default, and then selected documents in binder before Documents/Convert/Text to Default Formatting. However, no change occurs.

Can anyone help me?

I don’t recall there ever being a way of resetting existing Document Notes formatting to the current defaults, and the menu command you refer to only impacts the main text editor.

You can use the Format ▸ Copy|Paste Formatting menu commands, though.
