Change Font Size for Program Elements

I recently got a new computer and my display is set to 125% (Recommended). However the word count at the bottom and the binder text is extremely small. I hope it shows on these screen images. Is there a way within the program itself to change the font of the program elements, not the text/writing window? That looks just fine and readable at the 140-145% that I often use.

I do not want to change my screen resolution as it is only Scrivener having this issue. In my day job I support “vintage” software that does this very same behavior on newer laptops so it may be built into the programming. In our case we have a secret back door to change the font size that usually works, so I’m wondering if there’s such a thing here.

Thank you! I’ve used and enjoyed Scrivener for many years and don’t wish to look for alternatives.

File>options>appearance>general
Here if change menu font does effect word count appearance and can make bold as well.

I don’t have options on my file menu. I’m not sure how I overlooked it in the tools menu (Tools > Options), but digging into the user manual helped me locate it. Thanks.

I moved it from 10 point to 12 and it’s much better now.

Unless you’re a Mac or iOS user you do have File > Options:

Unless you have the ancient 1.9 Windows version…

Actually that’s what I do have. I used Help > Check for Updates last night to see if I was missing something, but it told me my software was up to date.

For the 1.x version you probably are up to date. But the current version available is 3.1.5.1 at Scrivener Release Notes | Literature & Latte

Thanks. Just found it and updated. Hoping the learning curve isn’t too steep, but I also admit I haven’t used all of Scrivener’s features so I should be okay. Appreciate the help in this forum!

Nobody does use all features!
