I have compiled my first novel using the Short Story template.
Using Scrivener 3 on the Mac.
I’m getting my work details showing instead of my personal details.
I have tried changing the author information using Preferences > Author Information, but it is still pulling my work information.
How do I fix this?
That information gets pulled into the project only when it is originally created.
For existing projects, find the title page in the front-matter folder in the binder and then edit the details as necessary.
New projects should harvest the data from Preferences > Author Information.

The metadata for the output document can be defined via the “tag” pane in the right-hand panel of the File → Compile screen.
