Checking for Update 1.0.3 doesn't work

Forgive me if this has been discussed and resolved, but I haven’t seen it. I know that the ‘crashing after checking for update’ problem has been fixed, but checking for update behind a firewall still doesn’t work. I get a message that says ‘download aborted’. Is that by design? Several other software products I use are able to check for updates in this manner with no problem. Just curious.

I believe Lee’s still looking for a good way around this, so while it’s not precisely “by design” in as much as we’d like to circumvent it, it is unfortunately expected at this point.
