I’m new to Scrivener–went through the tutorial but still don’t know if I should choose Novel template or Novel with Parts template for fiction with Title page, Introduction, Prologue, Chapters and Epilogue
It doesn’t really matter. The Novel with Parts is the same as the Novel, just has more folders.
All Templates are essentially the Blank Template with customized folders added such as the one or more folders in the Manuscript folder for the Novel Templates, plus for specific purposes like Notes, Research, Character, Places, etc.

I’m also a template junkie; I’ve downloaded oodles of (free) templates from everywhere and I always get ideas as to how adapt existing ones. (I’ve never used any of the ones I’ve downloaded, except for the Lester Dent short fiction one.)
