That’s a good question, there isn’t any way of showing what kinds of inspector data items have, in a list or a search result (though some search techniques can find, for example, all items with keywords—or without keywords).
There are good ways of finding items with comments though, if that is primarily what you are looking to do. For one thing all of the comments are aggregated together in Scrivenings view, and clicking down the list of them will scroll to where they are highlighted from.
But there is also the Edit ▸ Find ▸ Find by Formatting
tool, which can be set to search specifically for comments. This tool will jump from one binder item to the next, once the last comment in a section has been found. So you can walk through the whole project with it.

you could add keyword comment and then search for this and create a collection. Ideally better to do from the beginning of the project.
