Comments & Footnotes font

Does anyone know how to increase the size of these footnotes to the right?

Thanks!

AFAIK Inspector Footnotes don’t have a visual “zoom”, as the main editor window does. They get displayed as per their particular font size instead.

So to increase the size for newly created footnotes, changing the font size in Options/ Appearance/ Fonts/ General/ Inspector Footnotes will do.

Unfortunately, for existing notes, I’m afraid you’ll have to do it manually one by one.

Hope this helps!

On the Mac you can select a footnote — not its text — then do a "Select All”, then right click which gives you a dropdown providing “Convert to Default Formatting”. Does the equivalent not exist under Windows?

Edited so that quoting was working
 bizarre!

Yes, it does. But it has a reported bug: it won’t keep the change unless you edit the footnote or comment, which you can only do one by one.

Ah, OK. Hope they squash it soon for all your sakes!
