AFAIK Inspector Footnotes donât have a visual âzoomâ, as the main editor window does. They get displayed as per their particular font size instead.
So to increase the size for newly created footnotes, changing the font size in Options/ Appearance/ Fonts/ General/ Inspector Footnotes will do.
Unfortunately, for existing notes, Iâm afraid youâll have to do it manually one by one.
On the Mac you can select a footnote â not its text â then do a "Select Allâ, then right click which gives you a dropdown providing âConvert to Default Formattingâ. Does the equivalent not exist under Windows?
