Just wanted to get it on record that there is a key feature of Scapple that makes it work well with Nuance Dragon voice recognition software.
When a new note is created, it is ‘unlocked’ and the editor point is already up and running inside the note.
All the other Mindmapping software I’ve used doesn’t do this. Instead, the new thought bubble etc is created but isn’t open for editing. This isn’t a problem when you are using a keyboard as the act of typing opens it up but Dragon doesn’t do this. As a result, you have to press something like F2 to open it up for editing. There’s way round it (you can build commands that do it automatically) but it isn’t as flexible.
