Can’t read tooltip, enormous padding at the top, limited to Separators (others all short).

funny never noticed the question before, but get exactly same result and not altered by enlarging compile panel. Upper question marks show below ? icon and seem to display fully. Clearly a bug and cannot scroll. Large amount of blank space suggests a bug.
When thru other question icons in compile and if displays below ? then explanation is fully viewed, only when appears above do we see that glitch.
Section Layouts, then behind the question icon alongside Assigned To: also has large padding at the top, though that item appears to be complete.
I suppose in this scenario you see more according to what your Windows display is scaled to. Mine is 225%, whereas the recommended default is 300%.
Yeah. The others are all relatively short, no paragraphs I noticed, thought perhaps related.
