Hi, I’m sorry my English is too poor to undersand the manual…
Whan I compile my documents, Only the title of the folders appear.
I want all titles of all sections to appear. How can I do that ? I’ve just spent an hour to sort it out but can’t find my answer.
Thanks you.
- Open
File ▸ Compile...
- In the middle column is a preview of how different parts of your draft will look.
- Click the
Assign Section Layouts...
button at the bottom of it. - Select the type of thing these subfiles are, in the left sidebar.
- Scroll through the available options, and click on the preview tile that looks like a good match. Most of the built-in formats have a simple title variant, that adds no numbers, and prints the text along with the title. This would be good for what you show here, where you have typed the numbers in by hand.
With more learning, you can find out how to avoid this manual work. The compiler can number things for you, and keep them in order if you move things around. You will see how some of the preview tiles show numbers. The learning part will be changing them to work the way you want.
