Compile - lost formatting

Hi,

I was looking for a way to add spaces after paragraphs and found the answer in the forums. In Compile I went to ‘Formatting’, ticked ‘Override text…’ and selected ‘Other’ from the line spacing button, then notched up the required point spacing.

It worked fine, but when I opened the resulting ePub file I found other formatting had disappeared, for example, lines that had been centered or indented are now lined up against the left-hand margin.

I’ve messed around trying to fix it, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

You can click on the Options button next to the override check box in Compile: this will allow you to preserve various format elements, such as text alignment.
