Compiled manuscript question

I’m using the default poem manuscript in v.2.2. When I compile to PDF, on the second page in the header is this information:

 Last name / Poetry Manuscript / 2

All I want in the header on each page is the page number. (I cleared the Page Header document of all its information.)

  1. What do I need to do so that only the page number appears in the header in my compiled version?
  2. What do I need to if I want the page number to appear instead in the footer?

The Page Settings compile option pane is where you set up headers and footers. You’ll find this documented in §23.18.1 (pg. 360) of the user manual PDF.
